These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Huddle. You represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Accounts

• Promote Huddle using your content.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Spam, scam, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect user data.
• Interfere with the operation of Huddle.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Games & Events

Huddle is a platform for finding and organizing recreational games. We do not:

• Guarantee the availability or quality of any game or event.
• Assume liability for injuries, accidents, or damages during events.
• Vet or endorse other users.

You participate in games and events at your own risk. We encourage all users to take reasonable safety precautions.

6. Payments & Fees

Huddle may offer paid features, memberships, or event fees. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your use of paid features.
• Provide accurate and current payment information.
• Review and agree to any additional terms for payments.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Huddle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Huddle and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute Huddle content without permission.
• Use our trademarks or branding without consent.
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to Huddle will cease.
• Your User Content may be removed.
• Any unpaid fees remain due.

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

Huddle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• Huddle will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Any information on Huddle is accurate or reliable.
• Huddle will meet your expectations or requirements.

Your use of Huddle is at your own risk. We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Injuries or damages arising from games or events.
• Unauthorized access or use of your account.
• Third-party conduct or content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Huddle harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Huddle.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another user.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

Your continued use of Huddle after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
